The Studio

Location

The Core Code Studio is located in Physical Therapy Michielsen & Van Rossem, Hoogstraat 317 in Eindhoven. You can get access through the door on the Hoogstraat and the Studio is on the 1st floor. Free parking available in front of the studio.

Classes

All the workouts at The Core Code Studio are pilates inspired. Pilates is a highly effective training method that primarily uses your own body weight to build strength, stability, and control. Pilates targets the deepest muscle layers (especially the core!) and creates a strong foundation for the entire body.

Pilates has many benefits and is known to relieve physical complaints such as back pain, stiffness, pelvic floor discomfort, and tension in the body. It improves posture, mobility, and overall body awareness while still providing a challenging workout.

Strength & Sculpt

An energizing full-body Pilates class focused on building strength, improving posture, and sculpting long, lean muscles. Get stronger every class.

50+ Pilates

A supportive Pilates class tailored for those aged 50 and over, focusing on mobility, strength and balance. With the added benefit of helping to relieve physical complaints.

Pregnancy & Post Partum Pilates

A supportive Pilates class designed for pregnancy and recovery after birth, helping you stay strong, move comfortably, and feel your best during this special time.

Nina Dapper pilates

Nina Dapper

My name is Nina Dapper, and I am a certified Pilates instructor, lifestyle coach, model and health scientist. Through years of training and working with top-level coaches and trainers, I developed my own approach to movement.

In 2024, I became a mother, which deepened my interest in the female body during pregnancy and postpartum. Through both education and personal experience, I experienced how important the right form of movement is, during pregnancy and for recovery after birth.

I started The Core Code Studio to bring my energy and expertise directly to people, helping them move better and feel stronger.
